Every RIYRO product is first hand-drawn, then brought to life digitally and produced in limited numbers in Turkey. Each collection is released only once.
How long does shipping take?
Your orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation; delivery time varies between 2-5 business days depending on your region.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you have the right to return within 14 days of your purchase date.
How should I take care of the products?
Our products are delicate pieces that require special care. Avoid contact with water, rain, perfume, and chemicals; professional dry cleaning is recommended only (for some products, please check the care instructions on the product page).
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number to your email address.
